The pre-magnetization transformer is primarily used in power systems that involve large-capacity transformers, such as those in large ships and the metallurgical and petrochemical industries. By employing pre-magnetization technology, it suppresses the inrush current generated during no-load switching of large-capacity transformers.

Large capacity common mode inductors are mainly used in high-power frequency conversion systems to limit the high-frequency circulating components between parallel inverter groups. Generally, three-phase common mode inductors are made for currents in the hundreds of amps, and single-phase common mode inductors are made for currents in the thousands of amps. Our company has successfully developed several series of dry (water-cooled) high-power common mode inductors in China, and they have entered the mass production stage.
BE is capable of developing various types of common mode inductors as follows:
System voltage: 35kV and below
Maximum coil current: 3000A and below
Maximum high frequency voltage of the core: 35kV and below
Maximum operating frequency of the core: 5000Hz and below
Maximum core inductance value: 3000mH/phase
Minimum leakage inductance value: 0.030mH/phase
