Our company has 22 R & D designers. The technical team has rich experience in the development of various magnetic device products, and has mastered the finite element analysis capabilities of magnetic device products such as magnetic field, electric field, temperature field, noise and strength. Using this technology, many problems that cannot be calculated by ordinary engineering methods for special transformers and reactors are solved.

Our company has independently developed the design software of transformer and reactor. For standard products, a parametric relationship with a high degree of automation has been established between the design scheme and the construction design drawing. After the scheme calculation of a product is completed, the construction design drawing has also been completed, which greatly improves the design efficiency. At the same time, the error rate is reduced.

The core technical personnel have successfully developed various transformers and reactors for power grids, high-speed railways, subways, reactive power compensation, filtering, wind power, photovoltaics, and various frequency conversion and current conversion industries. The products cover oil-immersed, pouring dry, immersed dry, Water-cooled and other structures, many of which are groundbreaking. Mainly:

1. It is the main designer of several domestic large-speed-up main electric locomotives, different series of high-speed trains and EMU on-board transformers and reactors.

2. It is the developer of the early large-capacity resin cast iron core reactor in China. Responsible for or participated in the successful development of large-capacity core reactors, grounding transformers, multi-tap arc suppression coils, large-capacity air-core reactors, large-capacity water-cooled transformers and water-cooled reactors and other products. It is a leader in the research and development of related products in the industry.

Has participated in a variety of different types of subway dry-type traction transformer design, is the domestic large-capacity dry-type transformer, large-capacity excitation transformer designers.

4. Has developed a series of high-performance phase-shifting transformers, K-factor transformers, double-core transformers and various types of reactors for several internationally renowned brands.

5. We have accumulated rich experience in high frequency transformers and high frequency reactors, and have advanced calculation and analysis methods and solutions in suppressing high frequency noise, reducing losses and improving efficiency.
